Ga-Ga over Gere!

Around two years ago I watched An Officer and A Gentleman for the 1st time. I instantly fell in love with Richard Gere in that 1982 movie. 


Gere played a badass young man that had to finish his Navy Flight School so he could be an aviator. He fell for a girl who lived near the school, played by Debra Winger. It has drama and romance in it. The movie is an awesome flick to watch with your girlfriends on a pajama party or just a simple girls' night in. Do not, again, DO NOT watch it with your husband or boyfriend. You'll be throwing all the fun away.


What made Gere super irresistible in the movie were his good looks and his uniform. Yes, his uniform. It takes your mind to places you've never been to. Haha. Anyways, here are clips from the movie and a song conveniently titled "French Navy" from Camera Obscura. My girlfriend, Ika Putranto showed me the music video after we both went ga-ga over Gere two years ago.

    I remember watching " An Officer and A Gentleman " a looong time ago. I don't really remember the story anymore. I shall rewatch! :D
